Why do I still see an unlock screen?

You may still be using an older version. Update MindWrite from the App Store first; the new version has no subscriptions, additional paid items, or restore controls. You can also email us if an older transaction is still pending or charged.

Issues with handwriting or layout?

If you notice layout problems, input lag, or session restore issues, please include your device model, OS version, and reproducible steps.
